Adlershof Newton project

The Newton Project was developed as a uniformly designed ensemble by a joint building venture and with the support of architects' offices. The three houses in the Newton Project are an example of energy-efficient construction and the use of renewable energy in modern, architecturally sophisticated residential construction. The very high building quality results from the detailed planning - this is worthwhile in the long run for the building community, not only with regard to maintenance costs. The expenses normally incurred for marketing, risk surcharges and developer margins were significantly reduced by the planning as a construction joint venture. The funds saved in this way could be invested in energy technology and high construction quality.

The buildings are connected to the BTB's district heating low-temperature network. The heat supply is supported by a solar thermal system.
